Linda M. Brown focuses her practice on brief writing and litigation support for complex matters.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Gebhardt & Keifer, Linda was a member at New York law firm Herzfeld & Rubin, where she worked for more than 30 years. As part of the firm’s appellate and complex litigation groups, she was involved in hundreds of civil cases, both at the trial level and appellate level, representing plaintiffs as well as defendants. She also handled personal injury cases involving car accidents, construction and farm accidents, lead paint, asbestos and mold exposure, dog bites, slips, trips and falls, bums, elevator accidents and medical malpractice. In addition, she handled hundreds of cases involving products liability claims against major manufacturers, including automobile and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Linda received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and her B.A. degree in English and History from the University of Rochester.
